Customers may request to cancel their order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

In such cases, we will issue store credits equivalent to the order value, redeemable on our website within 3 months of issuance.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds will no longer be accepted.

Important Notes:

Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances during transit.

The brand reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability. In such instances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.
